Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

  Securely package the shaver and all original accessories in the original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
